Knowledge of coordinating systems, basic engineering drawing skills, computer literacy

Additional Information

This unit aims to deepen the learners’ understanding of the CAD Parametric Modelling environment and its application. It will enable the learner to develop the knowledge and skills to •create sketches, work features and 3 dimensional models •table driven parts and assemblies, •understand motion •apply driven assembly constraints •be able to create a drawing layout. Candidate eligibility - It will be advantageous for candidates to have some experience of CAD
