UK Requirements
4 GCSEs (Grade D-G or above);Determination, a love of the subject, commitment to your studies and a good work ethic • the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles• excellent customer service and communication skills• organisational and time-keeping skillsIf you do not hold a GCSE in Math & English then you will complete Essential skills Numeracy & Communication alongside your vocational courseROI Requirements

Attendance at Information Session
Work Placement
Year 1-You will work in our industry standard salons under the guidance of your tutors.In the second year, students will be placed in a salon in industry one day per week to gain valuable work experience. As placement is an integral part of your qualification a self-declaration of current health status is implicit as part of the overall risk assessment process.

Further Study
Successfully completing Level 2 in both vocational areas will allow you to specialise in either Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy at Level 3 which can lead to a career in salon work, teaching, health spas, cruise liners, theatre and television, retailing, marketing and artistic work.Career Prospects
