Course Overview

This exciting practical course is new for 2023. It will provide students with the opportunity to develop skills in Performing Arts, learning from experienced industry practitioners. The range of subjects will include dance, musical theatre, acting, set design and career planning. The aim of this course is to give students and young people new to, or with experience in Performing Arts, a taster for a range of disciplines within the industry. This course will help you lay the foundations in your Performing Arts education and act as a steppingstone to further your education. Progression to Level 3 and then HNC/D is available at NWRC. This is an excellent way to prepare yourself for a career in the Performing Arts industry.

4 GCSE’s, Grade D-G or above plus satisfactory standard achieved at mandatory audition/ interview.
