Course Overview

This is year 2 of a 4 year course on electrical installation. Topics covered include commercial and industrial wiring systems and electrical science. The course requires 1 day per week in college. Half of each day involves classroom theory and the other half involves workshop practical activities. All candidates will be visited on site over the year for the purposes of assessment.

Candidates must be employed in the electrical installation sector and must have completed year 1 of this course successfully.

Candidates must provide their own safety footwear and overalls / work trousers.
