Course Overview

This course explores core components of music production such as recording, music sequencing, promotion and DJing. Upon completion you should have acquired the experience and qualification required to be a suitable candidate for one of our level 3 courses in music production or music performance. You will learn and develop technical and creative skills as well as insight into the workings of the modern music industry. Our facilities include sound proofed practice rooms, recording studios, apple mac suites, a 150 seat theatre and the latest DJ equipment. Assessment will be largely practical in nature with students taking part in various music production activities across the year.
