Course Overview

This qualification introduces the learner to a wide range of relevant knowledge and expertise in people practice. It is suited to those learners who are currently working in a people practice support role and wish to develop their knowledge and deliver immediate and short-term value for their organisation. When studying for this qualification you will need to be registered as a Student member of CIPD throughout the duration of your studies. Blended Delivery, online & on campus (Strand Road)

UK Requirements

1. Current employment in an organisation A current review of the applicants CV and a diagnostic interview with the Programme Co-ordinator will determine suitability to participate in this programme. 2. IT skills Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Students must have access to a laptop and an adequate internet connection to facilitate effective online learning. 3. Education requirements GCSE English (Minimum Grade C or recognised equivalent) or Leaving Certificate English (Grade O4 or above or recognised equivalent). 4. International students must be able to provide evidence of having achieved one of the following qualifications: • IELTS examination (score of 5.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each category) • TOEFL internet-based test ( a score of 71 overall with a minimum of 17 in each category.) • Pearson’s Test of English (a score of 50 overall with a minimum of 50 in each category.) • Cambridge proficiency or advanced tests Grade C or above or equivalent.
